Why, it’s almost as if some nefarious omnipotent powers were “drawing” him into these situations, so to speak, “plotting” against him, as it were. But of course, that’s just superstition and paranoia, right? I mean what kind of eldritch horror,or possibly pair of horrors, could contrive such a terrible “strip” of coincidences in one poor space merc’s life?
