When my wife saw the pencils for this page, she pointed out that the guy in the screen reminded her of an old school friend of ours. As soon as she said that, I saw it, too! All I can tell you is that it wasn’t deliberate! 😀

Isn’t it amazing how much a short-range communications pod looks like a VHS tape, going into a VHS tape player, it even sounds like the one I have downstairs.
