Can this be true?!

I think Pizmo‘s confusion is sorta understandable.  The Terran presidential government has never once referred to itself as the “Terran Empire”.

However, liberators of peoples often like to brand their targets as “empires” or “imperialists”… even in the 26th century, I guess.
